Shipping & Delivery

Order can take between 15-45 days to be delivered depending on the complexity of the order and on how busy we are when an order is placed! You can request a delivery date we will quote you at that time.

Products that are stock items should be despatched within 5 working days. Delivered 3-4 days normally.

Orders being delivered to the Channel Islands and other islands around the UK will have an additional £20.00 charge and will take about 4 day longer to deliver we have been advised by our courier.

We will ensure to find the least expensive way of sending the delivery for our customers. That could mean we post the and not us the courier where possible.

We also offer a patterning service....if we do not have a particular model we will make a pattern for customers on a special request basis.

We use several different delivery couriers including DPD, DHL, ROYAL MAIL, Parcel Force and post. Depending on delivery method we may be able to provide tracking for a more accurate delivery time. General delivery time is between 9.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Saturday delivery as a special request and will be quoted for at the time. We do not deliver on Sunday or bank holidays.

Privacy & Security
 
Car seat covers direct holds records of online purchases in a secure database. The details stored are full name, address, contact telephone number, email address and details of products purchased. We do not retain any of your bank account details. If you are purchasing through paypal, any account information you give is recieved directly by paypal, who then forward contact and postage details to us. Returns & Replacements
 
Should any product you purchase from car seat covers direct have a manufacturing flaw (e.g. faulty stitching or material damaged on arrival), you are entitled to a full refund or replacment. This is subject to inspection and verification by our quality control department. Should you need to return a product, please contact us by clicking on 'contact us' on the home page.

 

Ordering

The information you provide to us is key when placing an order with us. We aim to send the customer the exact fit for their car. That includes all the head rests and any arm rest that may be in the car. The order will arrive complete as a “kit”.

When you order from Car seat covers direct we may have to contact you by phone or email. The reason for that is because there are variations within a particular model, for example the VW Golf has a (S) (SE) (GT) (GTi) in that range, the standard or entry level model is often called the (S). Some cars come with higher spec seats in a standard car; they are called special order from the car manufacturer. Often if a car is purchased second hand a customer may not know that detail, we will by seeing the seats.

There are details we need to check when a customer places an order with us.

  1.  Type of Seats
  2.  Model of car (S) (SE) (GT) (GTi)
  3.  Is the car 3 or 5 door, Estate.
  4.  Fabric Colour
  5.  Request seat photos to confirm seat layout 

 

We often ask customers for photos of their car seats. Sending us photos makes ordering easier for our customers and the company. If you’re unable to send photos we have people who can as you questions to help you with your order process

Most of the time the web site will do everything for you so no need to be concerned.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment:

We accept most major credit and debit cards as well as accepting bank transfers, PayPal and AMEX.

The full details of payment acceptance can see them listed on the bottom of our site. All cheques should be cleared through a bank before we can release the product.

Customer can also phone in and pay over the phone we have card facilities. From outside the UK please arrange the correct currency that is British Sterling or GBP otherwise our web site will not accept your payment respectfully.

Pricing:

The currency we accept is British Sterling also known as GBP.

All the products on our web site are priced in pounds sterling or GBP

Viewing Orders

Using the design your own feature on our site. 

When an order is being placed using this feature you will see the image on your screen change as will the price in the top right hand corner. You can add and remove details to suit your budget.

The car seat covers will look as close to the original colour as possible. For better colour and design content of a particular material selected in the design your own feature  please go to our Materials section, you can see a better image of the material used in this feature.

You may also see a particular style and colour in one of our advertisements and choose that. You can also mail or phone us direct.

All other types of listed products you can see as you purchase they will be visible ones you have selected Add to cart.

 

Updating Account Information

Should you become a regular user of our site we will offer you and account information? That is a record of your purchases and we shall inform you by email of any promotions.
